The text, graphics, multimedia, and data (Works), on the NovaConservative Association website are the property of the NovaConservative Association or its agents (we, us, our), and used with permission. We retain all intellectual property rights on the Works.
The information in the Works is not intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular situation. We strive to provide accurate and current information, but do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, dated information, or misleading statements. We do not accept responsibility for information contained in third-party Works and on third-party websites.
Unless agreed to in advance, information that you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Any person or organization discovered using all or part of a Work without permission agrees to pay 100 $ per instance the Work is viewed. The number of “instances” is accepted to be the number of unique visitors to a website and the circulation of other documents (flyers, emails, newsletters, etc.).
- For example: a person or organization puts information created by the NovaConservative Association on three pages of their website and in a newsletter circulated to 5000 people. The other association’s website receives 600 unique visitors per day, and the information is on the website for 20 days.

- newsletter: 5000 people × 100 $/instance = 500,000 $
Licensing
We may license Works to you for your personal, professional, instructional, or commercial use.
You may not distribute, exchange, modify, reproduce, perform, sell, or transmit any Work for any purpose, unless allowed by license or with the express written permission of the NovaConservative Association.
Linking
You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any portion of the NovaConservative Association website.
You agree that all your correspondence with the NovaConservative Association will be respectful and professional. The NovaConservative Association accepts that you may provide critical comments and recommendations to improve the Works and website; these too must be respectful and professionally presented.
You are hereby granted a revocable and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the NovaConservative Association website provided the linking website does not portray the NovaConservative Association and/or its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. The NovaConservative Association has the sole discretion in determining whether the link is acceptable.
